DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY:

At babashoppify we believe that customer service is the corner stone of our entire business. We try our best to avoid any issues that may arise during your shopping experience with us, therefore we made sure that all our policies are transparent and simple to understand and if you need any clarification please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

DELIVERY POLICY

  • Once you have received the order, we will ask you for your electronic or physical signature. Your signature will be a confirmation that you have received all items purchased in the order.
  • If you are not present at the specified delivery address, we can deliver the order to any person at the specified address and their signature on the order will be a confirmation that you have received all items purchased in the order.
  • Delivery timelines are estimated number of days for your product to be delivered at your doorstep. These timelines are based on business days and exclude public holidays and Sundays.
  • Delivery timelines will be available under “Home Delivery” with shipping fee for that particular product in your selected location. For example: Its 2 – 4days with Rs 200.

Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?

Yes You can get to us throught our contact us tab on website within 2hrs of placing order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

  1. You have the right to return or exchange items purchased from babashoppify Net within 2 days from purchase under the following conditions:
    1. Returned or exchanged items must have a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired without compromising the items quality, fake, fiddle or does not match the specifications stated on babashoppify.
    2. Returned items must be in their original packaging with all its original content, including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals and/or digital content.
    3. Returned items (unless defective, fake or fiddle) must be in resalable condition.
  2. You have the right to receive your refund against returned items in the same form of payment made at time of original purchase. For example, if you bought items in cash you will receive your refund in through bank account.
  3. You have the right to receive your refund. We will deduct the shipping transactions fees, from your refund amount.
  4. You have the right to receive your refund within 2 calendar days of your original request.

 

HOW TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN:

If you would like to return an eligible item within 48 hours of purchase, you can contact us and we will guide you where you drop the package. When we collect your item, please provide us with the original invoice at the time of purchase.

WARRANTIES:

  1. Only items that specify a warranty provider and a warranty time frame on the item’s product page at time of purchase are eligible for warranty.
  2. Warranties do not cover faults caused by misuse, physical damage, water damage, or accessories that are not genuine and/or not approved by manufacturer.

Step 2 – Slide to left on the item you want to”Delete” or you can add into your “Wishlist”.
